SPQR

I have been building up my SPQR force. I have chosen to go for a force of Britons.

My hero is well armoured and has the special talents: careless charge and blood drunk.

I have also chosen to take a Druid with sword.

I have 3 units,

12 tribesmen armed with slings

8 wardogs with 2 warriors

18 warriors, with large shield, standard and horn blower

I think that makes a total of 500 points for my warband.

I have been in wonderful Wales this week and reading the latest Simon Scarrow book featuring Cato and Macro. 

I will need some Romans to fight the Britons. So what better than to include the heroes, Macro and Cato.

I decided to start the heroes at the start of the books, ie Cato is a level 1 hero, I decided to give him divine luck and blessed at birth and so give him 3 wounds.

Macro, I decided was already a grizzled veteran and so he would be a level 3 hero, mighty blow, decapitation, inspire and shield bash.
